From Listing to Maintenance…

You won’t have to worry about anything. We assign an agent to your home who makes sure everything is taken care of so you can focus on what’s really important.

We will coordinate all the marketing of your home, including professional signs, digital photography, and listing your property on our site as well as additional rental sites. Once listed, we will coordinate all showings with qualified tenants and continue showing until we find the right tenant for your property. Once the qualified tenant is chosen, we negotiate, prepare, and enter into a Lease Agreement based on your curated contracts.

Once your tenant has been selected, all communications can be handled with our online portal. Tenants can request repairs and we will make all the arrangements. Plus, all rent, utilities, and other fees will be collected by us and automatically deposited in your bank account!

Additionally, if anything ever happens with the tenants, we have an eviction guarantee. We will pay up to $1,200 of court and attorney fees. We will also serve all necessary notices to your tenant to reduce the stress of an uncomfortable situation.
