When you partner with Ferguson PM to rent your home, we keep it simple. We have two straightforward fees that cover almost everything.

Fee Details Cost
Rent-Up Fee From advertising your property to lease signing, our Set-Up Fee includes everything we do to get your property leased. For a complete list of included services, see our FAQ for Owners page. A one-time fee of 55% of the first month's full rent. This is not charged until after your home has been rented.
Monthly Management Fee The Monthly Management Fee includes complete management services. For a full list of included services, see our FAQ for Owners page. This fee is a flat rate of $135 per month, regardless of your property's monthly rent.
